Company Overview

As you know, the United States reported a trade deficit of $235 billion with China last year. Americans spend more money on imports than any other country! If America continues its spending spree oversees, at the rate that it is going, within the next few years, we will be in a trade war and thousands of American jobs will continue to be lost. However, our company has the answer!

Let me introduce ourselves to you. Formed in 2007, Starz Trade America (“STA’), the company vision and business concept is to help American Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) go global. We will provide the platform for SMEs to market and sell their goods and services in China and answer the urgent call from both American and Chinese governments to narrow the ever-increasing trade deficit that's threatening both economies.

This company is unique because it is an American business on the cutting edge of reversing the trade deficit by promoting American SMEs products/services/jobs. There are many other companies offering to promote Chinese products in America but there are less than a handful promoting American products and services in China. Why? 1) 65% of American businesses cannot afford and do not know how to market their products and services in China. We will do it for them! 2) Business in China requires relationships. Most American SMEs do not have social, political and economic relationships with the Chinese – our company does! 3) Through direct relations with the Chinese Central Government, social and economic relations with Chinese figures our company is able to tap into a market more expeditiously than a traditional company.

How? The Chinese love America! Given the opportunity 54% would prefer to buy only American; our company will give them that option. Our business operations will take place in America; however, we will reach the Chinese consumer via the internet and at an exhibition site in Beijing. Products and services will be available on the Internet as well as on display for Chinese Product Buyers and 1.3 Billion Chinese consumers. We have affiliations with Chinese Television where products and services will be promoted as well. In addition, we are endorsed by the Chinese central government to operate in their capital Beijing, where the U.S. Embassy is located.

Why? The success of STA’s business model “Alibaba.com” has validated the need for an American version – our company STA. In 1999, Alibaba.com started as a start up with a vision to help SMEs in China promote their products in America. Their shares nearly tripled on their trading debut on Tuesday, November 6, beating all expectations, after raising $1.49 billion in Hong Kong’s most popular initial public offering. The stock rose steadily through the day and closed at HK$39.50 for a gain of nearly 193 percent, valuing Alibaba.com at roughly $25.6 billion U.S. dollars and ranking it fifth among global Internet firms and top in Asia outside Japan.

Pre-Olympic Exhibition Basketball Tour - As you may be aware, the 2008 Olympics will take place in Beijing, China. As a marketing tool to promote the company we have developed a Pre-Olympic American exhibition basketball team that will
go on 2 five city tours. Not only will this promote the company but it will also generate over a 1.5 million dollars in revenue- based on projections. Just for your information, basketball is huge in China. 83%, of the Chinese watch or play the sport and professional athletes have recently discovered huge success in China.

Present - our company has attracted numerous investors, who are clamoring on the huge economic potential. A top investment firm in Texas is handling and managing all of our SEC filings, legal and accounting work. As a result, we are currently engaged in the formation stage of going public on the over the counter market within the next 45 days.
