Q. When will the funds be transferred from my account? |

Q. Does it save KLD money when I support the ministry using the EZ Gift Plan instead of mailing a check each month? Are there any fees involved?
A. Automatic transfers do cut down on KLD's printing, postage and administrative fees. Your gift actually goes further with the EZ Gift Plan. We do not pass on any transaction fees to our supporters.
Q. Will I receive monthly statements?
A. You will receive a statement every three months, which you can use to keep track of your giving and stay informed about the ministry you are supporting.
Q. Will I receive a year-end tax statement?
A. Yes. Year-end giving statements for tax purposes are mailed toward the end of January detailing all gifts received the previous year. Gifts to KLD are tax deductible if you itemize on your tax return.
Q. Will KLD increase my pledge automatically if operating costs increase?
A. No. KLD will not make any changes to your EZ Gift Plan without authorization from you. Simply call, write or send an e-mail any time you would like to make a change to your account.
Q. I know that my monthly pledge is ongoing until I chose to cancel, but may I pledge for a specified amount of time, such as one year, six months, etc
?
A. Yes, we can process your pledge for any time frame you request.
Q. How do I change the amount of my gift?
A. Just call, write or send us an e-mail with your name, address, phone number, and the new amount to which you would like your gift to be changed. You do not need to sign a new application. Please allow two weeks for any changes to be processed.
Q. May I change the date my gift comes out of my checking account or is billed to my credit card?
A. Yes. You can change it to any of the three available dates (5th, 10th, and 20th). If you notify us at least two weeks before your original transfer date, changes can be made in the current month.
Q. May I change the credit card from which my gift comes?
A. Yes. Use our online pledge form to enter your new account number and note in the comments area that you are simply changing your credit card information, not making a brand new pledge. Or you may call us at (321) 454-7333. Remember to notify us at least two weeks before your transfer date in order to process the changes before your next debit.
Q. What happens when my credit card expires?
A. We will send you a reminder in the mail during the first week of the month your card is due to expire. Simply fill out the form and mail it back to us, or call us to provide your new expiration date.
Q. What happens if I change bank accounts?
A. At least two weeks before your transfer date, simply provide us with a voided check from your new account. You may call (321) 454-7333 with the account and routing numbers from the new banking institution, or fax the information, along with your name and address, to (321) 454-7335.
